Simply drag the track file onto the Google Earth map. That's it.
Here is how to do it in detail:
- record a track using odgps. Please read the docs on www.outdoor-gps.de for details on how to record a track.
- connect the PDA to your PC
- start up Google Earth on you PC
- Maybe download the track to your PC or
- use your file explorer to locate the track on your PDA - provided that you configured your pda to be seen like an external disk
- drag the file from explorer directly onto the map of Google Maps.
- The map will start to swivel to the location of your track and show it
- Using Google Earth you can also find out details about your track like its length and duration of the trip.
odgps stores its tracks usually in MyDocuments\odgps\tracks. You can change this location easily under System/properties/Tracker in odgps.
